TROUBLESHOOTING

1) If 3D Rad fails to start with an error message like

'The application failed to initialize properly (0xC15002)'

please install the latest Visual C++ Runtimes from

and try running 3D Rad again.

2) If 3D Rad simply fails to start or a missing DLL error message appears, or visual artifacts are shown when it is launched, please download and install the DirectX 9.0c run-times, available at

3) If problems persist, please visit your video card manufacturer's web site and look for the latest driver for your display adapter.
