The Lospec Palette List is a database of palettes for pixel art. We include both palettes that originate from old hardware that could only display a few colors, as well as palettes created by pixel artists specifically for making art. All palettes can be downloaded and imported into your pixelling software of choice (learn how). You can also try a our palette of the day or a random palette, or a palette from our Rejected Palettes list.

Is this the "golden child" gameboy palette? Shades of two-bit color starting with an almost - navy blue that eases up to a mid green and finishes with classy gold and a warm white for highlight. There's plenty of contrast to go around, but these colors are still just analogous enough to draw you in without scaring you off.

A collaboration from the Lospec Discord server to create a palette celebrating 500 palettes hosted on Lospec. Base colors were chosen by Foxbutt, Rhoq, Dimi, Skeddles, MiggityMoogity, PureAsbestos, Polyducks, SybilQ, Unsettled, DaaWeed, Moertel, KingW, Glacier, WildLeoKnight and GooGroker, and the rest of the colors were filled in and adjusted collaboratively.
