If you're ready to unlock the full power of Cargo, you can upgrade to Cargo Pro. Cargo Pro includes our entire asset and material library, and we add new releases, Cargo Exclusives, and new features regularly. Cargo Pro is intended for individuals only. Studios with 2 or more members, employees, or contractors may not use Cargo Pro.

For Studios and other organizations, Cargo Teams provides unlimited access to the KitBash3D library, with consolidated billing and team management features. Yes, you can upgrade at any time.

When you upgrade, you’ll be charged for the plan and all features will be available immediately. Your plan will automatically renew monthly or annually according to the plan commitment you select.

Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time.

When you cancel your paid plan, your account will be downgraded to Cargo Basic at the start of your next billing cycle.

Your work created using Cargo Pro during your subscription will remain intact. You will no longer have access to download and import Pro assets from Cargo; however, you will still have full access in Cargo to free assets and to individual Kits purchased from KitBash3D.com. Kits purchased separately from KitBash3D.com are always available to download from your KitBash3D.com account or manage for free in Cargo.

Your billing cycle is based on the day you signed up for the plan, and the term you selected (monthly or annual). For example: If you signed up for a Cargo Pro Monthly Plan on February 2nd, your plan would renew on March 2nd. You can cancel your plan at any time from the Plans page within Cargo.

You can cancel your plan at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your plan features until the end of your current billing cycle. Your plan will not be renewed at the beginning of your next billing cycle and you will not be charged.

If you cancel your plan within 72 hours of initial purchase or plan renewal, you may request a refund by contacting info@kitbash3d.com. Cancellations more than 72 hours after billing are not eligible for refunds.

For Individual License users, all Kits that you’ve purchased are now available inside of Cargo. You can use the models and materials from those Kits, with 1-Click Import for free with Cargo Basic. Any Kits you purchase in the future will automatically be unlocked in Cargo. If you prefer to download the full Kit, you can still do that on www.kitbash3d.com.

Cargo's assets are governed by the Cargo End User License Agreement. Custom Enterprise Licenses are available by contacting enterprise@kitbash3d.com.

No, sharing account credentials or assets downloaded from Cargo is prohibited.

Accounts determined to be sharing login credentials or assets may be suspended at KitBash3D’s sole discretion. For more information, see the Cargo Terms and Conditions.

Cargo Pro and Teams plans include a commercial, royalty-free license to use KitBash3D assets that you import from Cargo in projects that you provide to a client or otherwise sell or profit from. You can deliver final images, videos, or packaged games featuring KitBash3D assets but may not distribute 3D scenes with available or editable assets.

The license does not permit reselling or redistributing the assets themselves or using assets as training data for machine learning (ML) or artificial intelligence (AI) models.

Cargo Basic users receive a personal, non-commercial license to any of the sample assets made available to them through Cargo. This license allows for use in personal projects that may not be shared with a client or otherwise sold or profited from. The personal license allows for sharing personal work to a portfolio or social media.

The personal license does not permit distributing 3D scenes or project files with available or editable assets, reselling or redistributing the assets themselves, or using assets as training data for machine learning (ML) or artificial intelligence (AI) models.

Cargo Basic users who have purchased or obtained Kits from kitbash3d.com that include a perpetual license may use assets from those Kits in Cargo under that license, which does allow for commercial use.
