Tululoo looks good. I like how it tries to make it looks like you're writing GML for HTML5

Game developIt's a construct-like (very similar to construct classic) The latest version has become very interesting. most of the bugs have been fixed. It's already very capable. The interface is a bit disorienting at first and requires using the help menu, but once you get the hang of it, it works great. Windows only, but future versions should build for mac and linux. I became interested in it because it fixes some of the problems with construct classic (the incompatibility problems) The website is in french but there is an english option in the installer and the whole program is in english.

Danny34 you're the king for finding all this stuff My favorite so far is PlayBasic Hello, I like BASIC dialects very very much. Why? It is because BASIC dialects looks like English grammer and therefore it is very easy to learn.! Actually, several modern BASIC dialects are quite powerful.! I also installed the learning editon of Playbasic on my computer.

My favorite over the last couple of years is Blitzmax. It's basic-like, it's object-oriented and it's optimized for games so it's perfect for, well, writing games.

This may have been said before, but Unity no longer has the $199 indie license, it's free or (somewhere around) $1500. Also, Flixel is there, so...
